Located in “El carmen” neightborhood, in a plot with a total area of 21000 sq.m oriented to south, the proposal generates 3 main opportunities. The first one is the underground, harbouring a parking lot with 300 cars capacity and space for the building systems, including waste water management, electricity and intermodal mobility facilities.
